Who We Are

Accountants Who Stay in the Room

Most small businesses get the same deal from the accounting profession: someone to do the bookkeeping, someone else to run payroll, and a preparer who appears once a year. It works until it doesn’t — and it usually stops working at the exact moment the business gets more interesting.

We built Allyond to be the single firm responsible for all of it, with particular strength in the situations most firms handle badly: businesses with multiple owners, partnerships with outside investors, and owners holding their share through an S-corporation.

How the Work Actually Gets Done

We’ll be direct, because you should know who is touching your numbers. Bookkeeping and payroll processing are performed by specialist providers we’ve vetted and contracted with — firms that do one thing at high volume, with better systems than a general practice could justify building. We select them, we set the standards, and we manage them.

We take on the review. Your Accountant reconciles the books before they close, reviews payroll before each run, and checks every filing before it’s submitted. Nothing carrying our name goes out unreviewed. And you have one engagement — with us. If a provider makes a mistake, it’s our problem to find, fix, and answer for.

That structure is why a business your size can have a complete finance function with an Accountant over all of it, at a fee that makes sense. The alternative is hiring three vendors and coordinating them yourself.

What We Don't Do

We don’t write legal documents, value businesses, sell insurance, manage investments, or audit financial statements we prepared. What we do have is a bench — attorneys, lenders, appraisers, benefits providers, and financial advisors we’ve worked with for years. We make the introduction, join the call, and stay accountable for how the pieces fit together.
