Dirk knows what lenders, investors, and the IRS look for in a set of numbers, and he builds client books to hold up to that scrutiny from day one. Before Allyond, he spent a decade as a Chartered Accountant in public accounting and credit risk, including at KPMG, reviewing the financial controls businesses depend on.

Julianna is a Certified Public Accountant who leads tax filing at Allyond, preparing every entity return, K-1, and owner’s return so they tell one consistent story. Before Allyond, she advised high-net-worth individuals at Deloitte and later joined the IRS as a Revenue Agent, reviewing returns from the government’s side of the table.

Christiaan helps owners make the tax decisions that matter before a return is filed, from how partners are paid to how investors show up on each K-1. Before Allyond, he spent ten years advising business owners and families at Rand Merchant Bank, and he is a CFA charterholder.

Micaela is a Tax and Accounting Consultant at Allyond. She holds a bachelor’s degree in financial accounting. She is known for her friendly communication style, translating complex compliance issues into clear advice. Micaela is committed to delivering accurate, proactive tax solutions for entrepreneurs.
